RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Maintained excellent and efficient vibrant level of service to all guest while adhering to the company policies and performance standards.
• Organized mis en place ahead of service.
• Offered quality service at all times which led to a massive increase in the service charge increased from 2% to a massive 3.6% in the last closing month of December 2014 that led to each company worker receiving a bonus.

OTHER WORK EXPERIENCES AND RECOGNITION • While at the college i was actively going for outside catering at the premium safari park hotel and casino as a casual, and through my hard endeavours i was elevated to be the supervisor of my fellow students during the period that we went there occasionally. • Active member of the Italian and German club at the Kenya Utalii College. • Certificate of participation at the Kenya hospitality trade fair at KICC-2013. • Certificate of participation in drama festivals at the nationals while representing Kenya Utalii College.
