• Acted as Lead Engineer at private investment in Mytilini, Greece, Prefecture Department East Attikis, Greece, Municipal Department- Loutra and Mytilni, Greece, Supervisor, University of Aegean, Greece, Electromechanical Installations at J&P Development and efficiently handled Public / Private Sector Projects.
• Successfully managed the entire construction of 4 residences in Mytilini, Greece.
• Functioned as Site Lead Mechanical Engineer Contractor for construction of 7 multiple level buildings, a housing complex of 70 residences.
• Played a pivotal role in achieving contract by group of construction companies led by J&P to direct the electromechanical part as the Leading Mechanical Engineer on a project to erect 4 new buildings.
• Introduced as an employee by Procter & Gamble’s European Engineering Division, consequently spearheaded the construction of various projects pertaining to building and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directing, monitoring and coordinating project processes, evaluations/ plans to guarantee successful turnover of the project deliverables as per contract specifications.
• Developing overall work plan for all construction projects to ensure work is assigned and completed within the given time frame without compromising on quality.
• Defining project objectives and plans for electromechanical projects, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, set performance requirements and creating a detailed project planning schedule.
• Scrutinizing the entire construction process for the project in accordance with project and design specifications, thus ensuring that all the construction/ operational requirements are adhered to.
• Liaising with civil engineer to expedite implementation plans and projects to consistently chart out long term goals and objectives.
• Managing the preparation of construction schedules and milestones, thus monitoring progress against established schedules, along with supervising for variations and proffering suitable modifications to avoid time/ cost overruns.
• Supervising the selection/ requisition of raw materials for use in construction, simultaneously monitoring quality control/ safety measures on the site.
• Ensuring procedural adherence, resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, identifying bottlenecks and providing effective solutions.
Managing the Detailed Engineering for three Tasks awarded to ACE from ROYAL COMMISSION IN JUBAIL AND YANBU.
