Projects Management Working Skills
Assembling Project Resources and Leading Project Team: Manage and approve project resources which includes skilled and
experienced Contractors. Once a team is created, I assign them tasks and deadlines, give them the tools to collaborate and
don’t get in their way by micromanaging every activity. I will meet regularly, and get status updates to chart their progress.
Project Documents: Review and approve project layouts and ensure MEP layout, SS Shop-drawing layouts and project
rendering are as per equipment and SS fabrication specification.

Budget: Conduct an accurate expenses estimation and to monitor the actual spend as compared to the planned budget.

Monitoring Progress: Ensure project is progressing as planned as per the approved time schedule and final design and
layouts.
Reporting and Documentation: Provide detailed information to Contractors and project’s progress reports to Operations
Management. Document a history that can revisit when planning for a similar project in the future.

- Develop and implement short-term and long-term maintenance strategies to ensure reliability of facilities and equipment through an appropriate mix of planned routine, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.

- Responsible for work habits and work environment to minimize personal injury and other unnecessary losses.
