Assembling Project Resources and Leading Project Team: Manage and approve project resources which includes skilled and
experienced Contractors. Once a team is created, I assign them tasks and deadlines, give them the tools to collaborate and
don’t get in their way by micromanaging every activity. I will meet regularly, and get status updates to chart their progress.
Project Documents: Review and approve project layouts and ensure MEP layout, SS Shop-drawing layouts and project

- Conduct equipment block, s/steel custom fabrication and technical utility points (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) on approved final layout as per machines technical specifications and approved as-built layout.
- Manage and conduct equipment installation, test and commissioning as per suppliers Pro-Forma invoices and freight given and ensure that the machine is working / commissioned in a proper, efficient and effective way.
