Create a high value proposition through improved customer experience work to ensure that the awarded projects are delivered in full, on time, on budget and to the required quality standard.
The incumbent would be responsible for the process of planning, executing, monitoring and closing awarded projects following FPi’s
adopted QMS Process flows, Procedures and deployed tools. The incumbent is expected to work on project delivery process and manage internal and external communications to support the successful execution of projects to satisfy the Client’s requirements and needs that
would ultimately enable repeat business. The incumbent will also have to work in compliance to FPI in-house Rules, Codes & Policies.
Key Accountabilities:
Directly responsible for leading the execution of not so complex Projects which usually requires decisions having high impact on
the business and which necessitates a higher acumen of managerial, technical and contractual skills.
Work diligently to ensure that the awarded projects are delivered in full, on time, on budget and to the required quality standard (within the agreed specifications).
Work closely with SSC, engineering, technical, planning, production, quality, logistics and field services to develop detailed and updated project execution plans for all running projects and to regularly monitor and follow up the progress vs the baseline plan.
Escalate any issues that cannot be resolved at his level to the project manager
Prepare and submit regular project summary updates
Reach out to project planning manager to discuss projects priorities.
Coordinate daily with the operations team to ensure realization of the production, inspection and logistics schedules which would enable timely deliveries to customers.
Monitor, Follow-up and Report the progress of ongoing projects to ensure that project plans and milestones are being pursued and fulfilled.
Analyze project execution issues and client requests and ensure that the necessary corrective actions, best practices and necessary controls are initiated and rolled out.
Monitor the projects scope variations and ensure that the appropriate tools are deployed in order to maximize profit on projects.
Monitor project risks and introduce the appropriate mitigation action so as to safeguard the company’s interest and escalating issues where necessary.
Monitor payment schedules in order to ensure timely collection and minimize late and overdue payments.
Ensure that all customer requests and complaints are being attended and resolved professionally and in a timely manner.
Manage and nurture relationships with customers and clients through efficient communications, timely response, and regular visits.
Manage the Unit Engineering Team. Develop and direct project plans with the Engineering Manager (e.g. project budget, schedules etc.)
Prepare Unit Engineering schedule and distributing to applicable parties. Review stamped and finalized drawings (including piping plans and sections, piping isometrics, piping supports, tank and details, etc.) Ensure engineering, design quality, and technical accuracy of drawings, material quantities, specifications, procedures; Prepare project isometric and Pipeline profiles drawings in compliance with the design provided by the Technical Engineer; Assist engineers with initial design and final design solutions on a project; Assist component design team for client special product requirement, issue solving and providing feedback on product design updates.
Distributing all the Isometric and Bill of Material work to BBSPL/ENOIA and offloading all the drafting deliverables from the BBSPL/ENOIA server for distribution to the concerned Manufacturing Units; Monitoring and modifying engineering schedule as assigned with BBSPL/ENOIA as per project requirement and priority; Maintaining document control and project schedule, and filing all drafting
schedules and communication documents; Tracking the pending documents through weekly progress reports; Preparing product drawings for quotations.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage in planning the Design/Drafting activities for both upcoming and ongoing projects.
Supervise the execution of the Design/Drafting activity schedules within the allocated budget.
Distribute all the latest relevant Know-How documents to BBSPL/ENOIA to ensure their effective use.
Review client drawings and extract Bill of Material/Quantity.
Prepare illustrations, sketches, required for the Technical Proposal documents.
Transfer all drawings prepared by BBSPL/ENOIA to the Unit Design/Drafting Team.
Collaborate with BBSPL/ENOIA to prepare the Design/Drafting Schedule as per project requirement.
Inform the Engineering Manager of the status of all Design/Drafting activities and deadlines and ensure that any delays or changes
to the Design/Drafting activities are communicated to the Engineering Manager.
Review and understand all the latest International Standards applicable to Fiberglass Products.
Review and understand all the latest Key End User and Client Specifications applicable to Fiberglass Products.
Apply existing departmental procedures and controls to cover all areas of technical activities.
Recommend improvements to existing departmental policies and procedures.
Set individual objectives.

LEAD PIPING DESIGNER
Manage the Unit Design/Drafting Team; Preparing Unit Design/Drafting schedule and distributing to applicable parties; Review client drawings and extract Bill of Material/Quantity for quotation, Production & invoice; Evaluates vender bids and drawings to ensure
compliance with specifications; Prepare inquiry sketches or details as required; Prepare project isometric and Pipeline profiles drawings in
compliance with the design provided by the Technical Engineer; Assist engineers with initial design and final design solutions on a project;
Prepare Shop Floor Drawings for spool fabrication; Assisting component design team for client special product requirement, issue solving
and providing feedback on product design updates;

Worked involved in Piping designing based on GRE & GRP design specification covering the company product of Fiberglass materials
which includes pipes, fittings and spools including the provisions of Bills of Materials. Generate Orthographic (2D) & Isometric (3D),
Plans & Profiles and detailed drawings, piping product detailing, shop floor detailing using L/ISO MicroStation v7.1 with piping
database system as per project scope; MicroStation SE & MicroStation V8.1 and AutoCAD programs. Prepares Bill of Materials using
Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Access programs.
Assign as Project Leader in project handled. Coordination with clients and vendors. Prepare schedules as per scope of project. Provide
technical skills, integrity and knowledge in key areas of discipline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current
good engineering practice; Understand clients' needs; identify and address design parameters and problems; develop and implement
solutions independently; evaluate, organize and prioritize work scheduled.

Projects are properly executed at cost effective levels according to desired specifications and standards.
Perform site inspections on regular basis to follow-up on work progress, ensuring that work progress is carried out as per approved work schedule, while guaranteeing that the timelines of the project meet the target dates and that appropriate resources are allocated as per the contractual agreement.
Monitoring of equipment installation at clients’ site as per drawing. Supervision of manpower for site equipment installation.

Conduct inspections, checks, troubleshoots and reports any irregularity and malfunction on all mill machinery and equipment.
Monitor and assist production personnel during start-up of operation.
Ensure compliance to safety standards while conducting repairs and maintenance
on all mill rotating machine.
Implement sound maintenance procedure and keep accurate maintenance record on all equipment.
Productivity improvement and cost reduction program as they relate to maintenance.
Plant arrangement to improve material flow and production efficiency in general.
Effective preventive maintenance program should be schedule and implemented.
Suggested and implement scrap reduction program as they relate to equipment.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and others when requested in the execution of their responsibilities and duties.
Work on installation of new machine and their piping systems and supports for expansion and for the improvement of the process.
Ensure reliability of plant and equipment operation.
Flexibility and broad responsiveness including participation on strategic maintenance planning.
Provide technical assistance to discipline assigned personnel as required.
Keep up-to-date with technical developments and standards requirements related to the maintenance scope.
Responsible for assessing effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to
