The incumbent would be responsible for the process of planning, executing, monitoring and closing awarded projects following FPi’s

Key Accountabilities:
 Directly responsible for leading the execution of not so complex Projects which usually requires decisions having high impact on
the business and which necessitates a higher acumen of managerial, technical and contractual skills.
 Work diligently to ensure that the awarded projects are delivered in full, on time, on budget and to the required quality standard (within the agreed specifications).
 Work closely with SSC, engineering, technical, planning, production, quality, logistics and field services to develop detailed and updated project execution plans for all running projects and to regularly monitor and follow up the progress vs the baseline plan.
 Escalate any issues that cannot be resolved at his level to the project manager
 Prepare and submit regular project summary updates
 Reach out to project planning manager to discuss projects priorities.
 Coordinate daily with the operations team to ensure realization of the production, inspection and logistics schedules which would enable timely deliveries to customers.
 Monitor, Follow-up and Report the progress of ongoing projects to ensure that project plans and milestones are being pursued and fulfilled.
 Analyze project execution issues and client requests and ensure that the necessary corrective actions, best practices and necessary controls are initiated and rolled out.
 Monitor the projects scope variations and ensure that the appropriate tools are deployed in order to maximize profit on projects.
 Monitor project risks and introduce the appropriate mitigation action so as to safeguard the company’s interest and escalating issues where necessary.
 Monitor payment schedules in order to ensure timely collection and minimize late and overdue payments.
 Ensure that all customer requests and complaints are being attended and resolved professionally and in a timely manner.
 Manage and nurture relationships with customers and clients through efficient communications, timely response, and regular visits.
