Started as a consultant for the company, sequentially was offered Operations Manager position to implement overall modernization of the plating facilities.
Duties included design and creation of the several electroplating lines including: zinc, copper, electroless nickel, sulfamate nickel, bright nickel, chrome (decorative and hard) and silver.
Creation and implementation of the needed documentation to maintain congruency with the ISO - ASTM standards.
Preparation of the knowledge base required for all personal training on all levels.
Preparation for the successful ISO-ASTM standard audits for certification (maintaining foresight towards future NADCAP certification).
Acquisition and preparations of the electrolytic baths with implementation of the testing procedures and correct documentation for the maintenance programs.
Overall budget preparation and projection.
