• Design work and drawings (HVAC, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL layout and Shop Drawings Coordination for Tender and AS- Built)
• Prepare as-built drawings in the prescribed computer sheet given by the Client/Designer and assist in project close-outs.
• Follow Municipality regulation and rules to ensure that we are creating an excellent image with municipality and other Government organizations and our clients.
• Ensure completion of the project on time by completing the drawings as per schedule and follow-up to get things fast as possible.
• Knowledge in architectural, structural and MEP design for commercial and residential complexes.
• Proficiency in the preparations of working and As-built drawings and knowledge of the latest design software. (AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3DS Max, Photoshop & Revit etc.)
• Good understanding of the regulation of the municipality and other authorities.
• Capable of multi-tasking (simultaneously handling different projects and deadlines).
• Knowledge of building codes and the contents of bid documents, building contracts, plan drawings, list of specifications and other related documents.
• Preparation of Quotations, Local Purchase Order (LPO), Full Project Estimation & Pricing.
