Independent Consultant and Project Manager for various supply chain development projects for large multinational companies.
Recommended 21 major revisions to supply chain system and provided ongoing guidance through adaptation and implementation. Highlights include:

• Support the Project through submission of Requests for Equitable Adjustment that thoroughly document and defend ECCI’s position. This requires interpretation of complex technical information and putting forth this information in an easily interpretable format that supports ECCI’s assertions.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Certified Cost and Pricing Data proposals and ensure that these requirements are passed down and clearly understood by ECCI’s subcontractors.
Business Development Consultant
Provide business development services for Management One clients in the retail and service industries.
Commercial Clients:
• Provide RPF analysis and client capabilities analysis to determine effective win strategies.
• Provide proposal management, coordination across functional areas, copywriting and editing and final proposal preparation for client proposals.
• Develop customized proposal libraries for clients, with key information that can be used to craft high quality, client focused proposals.
• Develop effective pricing strategies for clients, improving the accuracy of cost and pricing information, which allow for better business decisions during bidding and positioned clients to thoroughly respond to requests for cost and pricing data during negotiations.
• Re-designed the financial model of a key client, which improved its win rate from near nil in 2014 and 2015 to a 60% win rate in 2016.
Retail Clients:
• Perform detailed inventory and cash flow analysis.
• Provide gross margin and return on investment analysis.

• Responsible for providing proposal management and professional training according to Shipley’s best practices.
Responsible for Management of key contracts for the $6 billion Emirates Aluminium (EMAL) Project at Al Taweela, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
• Assumed management responsibility of key contract for the installation of Combustion Turbine Generators (CTGs) and Steam Turbine Generators (STGs). Instituted corrective actions resulting in Contractor successfully performing critical scope in accordance with contract requirements and client expectations, resulting in achievement of meeting “First Fire” and “First Hot Metal” milestones significantly ahead of schedule.
International Design & Construction
Kellogg Brown & Root Services, Inc., Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsible for strategic Procurement and Subcontracting for International Design & Construction, Southwest Asia.
• Worked closely with the Director of International Programs to plan and implement subcontracts and teaming strategies that would allow KBR to successfully bid and execute work under the CENTCOM IDIQ Contract, a contracting vehicle held by ten (10) large US-based Engineering Procurement & Construction firms.
• Working closely with Sr. Management, successfully won approximately 89% of projects that International Design & Construction bid. In this capacity, was responsible for leading the strategic subcontracts process through the proposal, bid, and eventual execution. During Executive Reviews of potential projects, I regularly testified to the Senior Leadership on issues involving subcontract specifics, terms, liability issues, and risk mitigation.
• Led a team of senior level subcontracts personnel who executed and managed subcontracts for approximately $500 million in construction projects in Iraq and Afghanistan, almost all of which were completed ahead of schedule and outperformed financial expectations.
• Implemented the first subcontracts expediting program by recruiting and training global expats, who were deployed to project sites. This program allowed KBR to closely monitor its subcontractors’ procurement status to ensure critical path items were delivered as promised, mitigating risk of schedule delays due to late shipments.
