I work hands on with children who suffer from autism. We work daily on development and social skills. I also work for special olympics which is an organization that helps teach kids with autism how to play sports.
Working on KPIs, making sure that patients needs are put first while still caring about the needs of the hospital.
I worked as a temp in patient relations and the clinical risk department of U of M. My duties and responsibilities included providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. I was there to support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, as well as being responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
After two years with the company I got promted to Administrative manager my job was to maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; as well as maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
My responsibilities as a waitress was to greet customers as they arrive, seat them, take food and drink orders, serve food and drinks, dealing with bill payments, and making sure that my tables and restaurant are clean and tidy.
Another big part of the job is keeping a positive attitude, and being extremely able to multitask. The most important part of the job is making everyone feel as if they are welcome and making the environment comfortable so they can enjoy their meal.

As the owner of the restaurant I was responsible for every aspect of the restaurant, financial
staff, hiring, supplies, food orders, waiting tables, cooking, and doing the accounting. I was available and on call during all business hours. I was directly in charge of 22 employees. I was in charge of marketing, sales and advertisement. I created the point of sales system as well as teaching it. I promoted a team atmosphere through sales contests and efficiency efforts. Conducted weekly meetings with staff and vendors as well as managing and scheduling the staff. I was the servsafe holder. Prepared cash drawer and petty cash, as well as doing daily drops. Lastly I maintained high standards of quality control, cleanliness and safety.
Working towards my degree in Social work.
I graduated Milan High School with a 3.9 GPA and honors.
