• Major chemical handle Styrene, Acrylonitrile & Butadiene.
• Familiar in commissioning & pre- commissioning activity.
• Responsible for supplying the chemicals as per standards to end users.
• Maintaining and controlling of operation parameters.
• Maintain daily stock of chemicals.
• Monitor process according to Process Parameters and taking necessary action.
• Monitor and makes necessary actions to run the plant under normal and safer operation.
• Interact with supervisor on specific operating/maintenance jobs and follow up for completion.
• Maintain Record of daily activities, Co-Ordinate with other department for maintenance activities.
• Communication with control room & carry out field actions accordingly.
• Familiar in operation of waste water treatment plant.
• Familiar in operation of MBR, PSA & OZONE system

• Monitoring of plant operations and trouble shooting.
• Responsible for optimum utilization of resource and utilities required in manufacturing process.
• House Keeping, Reporting of the Abnormalities and Non - Conforming Products.
• Preparation of Daily MIS report.
• Attending daily plant meeting based on the planning to achieve production target.
• Monitoring of plant operations and trouble shooting.
• Maintaining and controlling of operation parameters.
• To instruct supervisor on specific operating/maintenance jobs and follow up for completion.
