* Managing day-to-day operations of the office,

Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing new and innovative way to finish the projects, with less rectifications and adhering with the guidelines of the Tenant. In charge of site implementation, ensuring the work is efficient as per approved schedule, specifications and drawing. Formulating action plan in making sure that the work is following the Quality standards in an effective way without compromising the safety and time frame.
* Participation in project engineering reviews,
studies and site investigation.
* Responsible in the increase monthly progress by
applying effective and efficient scientific
techniques required.
* Supervise all skilled worker who responsible in
delivering good and quality result.
* Ensure that project is follow quality guidelines
without compromising the progress and safety.
*Formulate step by step approach by simplifying
process so that it could be easily understood.
* Working closely with all levels of management,
engineers and field operation staff.
* Supervise site activities during construction
period. Site activities are as follows;
- Installation of Handset Stone (Façade and
Interior) using mechanical anchors.
- Installation of STO VENTEC ventilated render
board system.
- Installation of Aluminum screen.
- Coordinate in the interfacing between external
façade and internal finishing.
- Installation of GRC panels.
- Hot and cold applied water proofing.
- Joinery works.
- Ceramic tile installation.
- Painting works.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for coming up with creative solutions to technical problems to maintain company’s competitive edge on bids and projects. Also in charge in liaising with other engineering disciplines on projects to ensure integrated solutions for project meet objectives.
* Combines technical responsibilities with project management.
* Make schedule for effective planning in the execution of activities
* See to it that all the details in the plan are being followed.
* Check thoroughly other finishes that will hinder in the delay of the activity.
* Responsible for the procurement and management of the construction materials which are used on site.
* Insure that the work will pass the quality standards provided by the company and the clients.
* Tackle problems that will hinder in the progress of the activity.
* Organize with a weekly coordination meeting with other trades to make sure that all the problems that we are going to encounter will be taken care ahead of time to avoid delay.

• Helping the contractor to make profitable and competitive bids by coming up with all the cost information needed for the construction process.
• In charge with the responsibility of reviewing data and documents like analysis reports, purchase orders, and also subcontracts.
• Prepares updates and estimates.
• Responsible for gathering information to be used to produce the project estimates.
