•Supported and develop the market research capabilities.
•Compiled industry profiles that provide a top down briefing of a specific sector. Covering issues, key players, geographic statistical breakdown of global industry, as well as forecasts and trends.
•Assisted the management and processing of research initiatives, including development of relevant internal and external communication strategy.
•Putting together briefing packs including basic information about a company / industry / market (e.g. company reports, equity research reports, rating reports etc.) which are sent to clients or companies of interest. The PIB (Public Information Book) is used in assisting executives marketing research or for updating and maintenance of industry and company models and presentation packs.
•Managed day-to-day requests from member firms around the country relating to research.
•Responded to queries from member firms relating to research initiatives - especially research programs.
•Supported the planning and delivery of Unisoft services by managing the collection of data from partner agencies, overseeing the importing and entry of data, and the production and analysis of management information.
