Plan, create and execute overall business visual merchandising strategy
- Design appealing merchandise displays in order to attract visitors to the store
- Design various window displays and signs as well as special promotions displays and signs
- Test different visuals and compare results
- Identify and track key KPIs
- Produce and present KPI reports
- Collaborate with store staff
- Adjust displays in order to promote new products and special offerings

Negotiate accommodation and leasing prices of properties on behalf of property owners.
Publish advertisements about the company’s rentals of apartments, duplex, villas and commercial setups on websites (OLX, justlanded and q8classifieds)
Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations of properties along with cost of work for property owners. Visit and review available rental properties in any area in Kuwait for future clients.
Follow up with clients in response to trouble calls and scheduled property visits.
Attend meetings with the Marketing team on client and property updates
Inspect company managed properties and standalone properties to ensure maintenance
Screen and interview prospective tenants and ongoing tenant relations
Study each property’s location, area and amenities available to meet client’s needs and preferences.
Acquire potential client’s for self-managed properties
Assist prospective tenants in selecting, visiting, inspecting and making offers for leasing on real estate properties.
-Assist with business planning and ongoing planning of merchandise and forecasting sales.
-Produce and analyze reports for Sales and margin measurement.
-Assist in product procurement through host brand.
-In charge of assessing store execution of merchandising plans and recommending optimum space management options based on category performance.
-Identification and planning for promotion events and mark down percentage strategies.
-Coach and monitor performance of merchandising team within the brand team. Supervise activities and ensure the team is up to date with the latest trends.
-Assist in planning stock and intake requirements to meet the budget through building, selecting and buying ranges.
-Track invoices and shipments.
-Ensure accuracy of all internal systems.
-Manage stock holdings and minimums.
-Develop new strategies to improve time management.
- Managing ocean / air / land imports and exports (Including formulation of shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and Airway Bills.)
- Complete coordination of freight services.
- Involved in customs clearance process via documentation.
- Interaction with customers and agents from around the world.
- Supervising surveys so as to obtain pricing details for preparation of quotations.
- Handling of Customer Complaints.
- Involved in Tele-sales.
