Reduced cost for hardware by using ThinClients instead of fixed computers resulting in less downtime in case of distrubances.
Setup State of the Art Backup Concept by using Microsoft System Security Suites.
Analysed the previous status compared to current status and was able to show less administrative work with less cost.
Launched a Document Management System (DMS) based on SharePoint 2010 / 2013 Platform including Workflows and intensive work with CSS.
Build up the IT Infrastructure from 22 clients upto 150 clients within 5 years. \nThis was only possible by providing 85% of the users with ThinClients where we could proof that only 2 Administrators were needed for this amount of users. In 2008 a professional DataCenter was built and in addition new 1200 m2 office building based on my setup and recommendation. \nEnvironment was Windows and Linux. \nDMS was implemented at same time with success and reducing office space for archive.
