tuning one of four outlets of the Hotel that was one of the only hotels with 4 rosettes quality rating in the whole area. My responsibility was to run the “Byzantime” restaurant serving Mediterranean themed food with a 1 rosette standing rating.
my responsibility where Running the entire food operation alongside 8 chefs and 3 bakers, creating weekly menus and using best produce from local suppliers while also creating our own products to lower wastage and increase our production spectrum to enable us to provide more variety hand crafted products for maximum customer entertainment. providing all financial documentation as well as cost effective control on everything in and out of the outlet. helped with other departments within the luxury Hotel and Restaurant. place was finally and sadly sold after spending more than a decade with them.
