Sr. Construction manager in charge of Road works, Wet mix Plant and Crusher production of aggregates according to the Project’s needs, Street lighting, Traffic Signboards, Traffic Signals, TDP’s etc. Responsible for: Overseeing and directing construction from conception to completion. Construction Manager in-charge of paving works. Responsible for monitoring and controlling construction work activities to ensure that the project is managed in a safe and professional manner, undertaken in compliance with all contractual requirements and executed at the required performance level. Assisting construction team members in ensuring the effective implementation of the company’s requirements, systems, business ethics, principles and objectives. Supervising the construction team and ensure timely completion of the project and ensuring that all works are carried out safely, in accordance to specification with highest quality of work and within budget. Ensuring all construction works are carried out with the right sequence and are well coordinated. Observing and Implementing HSE rules at all times and ensuring all works are carried out in a safe manner to achieve zero accident. Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates and clients regarding work priorities and ensuring work is flowing smoothly. Monitoring daily progress of the work. Ensuring that adequate resources are being provided by integration on-site works with support functions. Supervising manpower planning process as per the developed budgets and plans.

Project Manager in-charge. Responsible for the Mobilization of all the necessary personnel and equipment on the site, in accordance with the Project’s Master Plan. On top of it responsible for issuing at the beginning and supervising along the whole duration of the construction the procurement of all necessary materials needed for the Project. Resolving site design/ construction issues with respect to the Contract Specifications. Reviewing and revising, when necessary, Method Statements, Material Submissions, Pre-qualification Documents and Subcontractors’ Drawings’ prior to issuing for approval. Coordinating and liaising with all parties such as sub-contractors, Clients, suppliers, specialist sub-contractors, utilities undertakers and relevant Governmental Authorities. Responsible for implementing project's Health, Safety and Risk Assessment Plans. Interacted in all site work inspections, with Client, Consultant and related public Authorities. Negotiating directly with Client regarding covering liability issues for claims and disputes that may have arisen. Coordinating closely with the Technical teams and scheduling Project phases in order to deliver all works according to the contractual requirements. Ensuring timely completion of the project.

Personally responsible for tracing various significant design mistakes and flaws and persuading the Client to award/ assign new designs as variation works.
