Responsible for the business performance of the branch
* Responsible for recruiting new staff & coordinating staff scheduling and rotas.
* Taking special orders from the customers and mange to supply them in coordinates with
Kitchen on the agreed timeline, and check them before dispatch
* Handling customer complaints and queries
* Organising stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing cleanliness and security
* Reporting to and attending regular meetings with the owner.

Warehouse manager (for all Branches):
* Responsible for planning out all warehouse resources
* Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
* Supervises the ordering, receipt, and distribution of warehouse supplies
* Coordinate and control the order cycle.
* Organise the storage and distribution of goods.
* Liaise and negotiate with supplier.
* Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
* Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.

Take orders and confirm new customer orders placed over the phone.
* Schedule and dispatch workers & service vehicles to appropriate locations according to
customer requests.
* Assist drivers with directions to customer addresses when necessary
* Pay/collect money from drivers at end of shift
