Built a local “Loans Tracking Application” for a multinational micro-financing company:
• Monitoring and tracking internally processed Loan applications going back and forth to corresponding departments and field officers along with applicants’ information, with a custom CMS and workflow management, SMS/E-Mail notification systems and statistical reporting and graphs based on quantitative KPIs for the higher management
• Built over C#.Net (Head Office), PHP (Field Officers and Branches) and MySQL

Built a Booking and Dispatching system for a Taxi company in Beirut (C#.Net/MSSQL):
• Easing the operators’ job by automating their tasks: handling caller IDs, calculating trip fees, dispatching drivers / cars accordingly, monitoring routes and pre-booking trips, generating several corresponding financial and performance reports

For a private office in Beirut (C#.Net/MSSQL):
• Built a Contacts and Events Management System, with advanced categorization of contacts and VIPs, graphically manage the lifecycle of an event in “stages” and easing invitations by SMS, E-Mails, Calls and printed label cards (Being used for several events nowadays)
• Built a recruitment solution to ease the management of CVs, vacancies and the matching between both with a follow-up on the application’s timeline and job statuses
