Project involvement: La Mer Open beach, Emaar Dubai Creek, Expo-2020 Thematic Districts, Avenues City Walk Mall (winner of 2 international best mall awards), and Bee’ha headquarters.
Due to the prestigious and importance of the Dubai EXPO-2020, I was in direct in charge of MEP for the 3 Themed districts: Mobility (44, 626 m²), Sustainability (29, 569m²), Opportunity (44, 117m²) car parks along with 118 Self-Built Pavilions on top of the 3 Thematic Districts (ranging from single floor to 10 stray floors). The recruited MEP Managers performed the technical assessment of the EPC tender, performed technical validation, attended procurement technical meetings, performed Value engineering, and performed design optimization, Management of the pre-construction design stage, to routinely assess and qualify the feasibility of schemes and review the activities of external consultants. Upon project award, the MEP managers moved to overtake the installation of MEP services and equipment (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, piping, Fire Fighting and ELV systems), recruited MEP staff and labors, managed the M&E subcontractors to maximize the potential to safely and commercially deliver a successful project, developed method statements, WIR, shop drawing review, managing the time/cost planning vis a vis the project schedule and budget, O&M manual, commissioning process and project closeouts documentations.

I was also the MEP manager for the Kharafi National ICAD-III fabrication piping/vessels facility (382, 000m²) with over 20MW of power demand.
