- Covering duties for 2 major projects: Summerland Hotel & Resort and Sama Beirut.
- Extensive cost analysis and data examination to gage performance, productivity, and profitability measurements.
- Benchmarking and providing feedback to cost estimation department to help in budget allocation and work breakdown structure.
- Responsible of full implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on JD Edwards (By Oracle) in order to monitor the working capital (locked capital in inventory, billing process…).
- Generating full cost estimate & performance monthly reports to help management in their decision making.
- Issuing payment certificates, variation orders, draft contract documents and letters of intent to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinating and following up on main dispute issues with clients including inflation claims.

- Working on the “Industrial Security Upgrade Project” (ISUP) for Saudi Aramco Plants.
- Managing a team up to 30 supervisors & technicians and reporting directly to management.
- Executing various projects that included electrical installations, High power electrical equipment installation & commissioning, Low current systems installation & commissioning (Fire Alarm, HVAC control, CCTV, Intrusion detection...), and Fiber Optic cables & accessories installation: Indoor/Outdoor FOC, patch panels, switches, splicing of fiber cables (fusion splice), testing of fiber (OTDR & power meter tests).
- Leading and engaging work teams to ensure constant progress.
- Utilizing planning & scheduling tools (Primavera) for optimal prioritization & resource allocation.
- Preparing technical queries whenever needed for design clarifications.
- Coordinating with suppliers & third party companies ensuring successful commissioning, troubleshooting…
