Responsible for the rollout of the ESCO project Touch and Alfa (GSM operators with around 1400 sites per operator).
Establish project plans: define project scope, allocate resources & monitor all the activities.
Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations.
-Handle customer & stakeholder engagement: ensure project progress and meetings
-Performance & quality management: experience in process, methodology, and efficiency improvement (KPI, CRM audits…).
Manage the installation, testing and migration for the pilot project FTTC Khalde.
Responsible for the Testing and Migration for the nationwide OGERO FTTx in Lebanon including:
Pre-installation dialing test on old cross-connect cabinet using CLT machine.
Post-installation dialing test on newly installed Huawei MSAN .
Migration dialing test on the newly installed Huawei MSAN using CLT machine.
Fiber OTDR test for problem detection and design validation (EXFO tester).
Secondary copper cable testing for speed and quality (EXFO tester).
Dealing with the client regional supervisor concerning rollout, permissions, scheduling, and acceptance, & for problem solving.
Lead a team of engineer to make sure that all tests are well done, and coordinate with the maintenance and implementation teams to rectify problems once detected.
Issuing the mapping plan and execution quality control (Primary and Secondary).
prepare the sites for final acceptance .
Responsible for Telecom & Civil implementation for In - Build Solution (IBS), Ensure the proper installation of the DAS elements, DAS installation progress reports.
Coordinating and performing site surveys for new outdoor sites for all civil works, radio and transmission LOS.
Implementation plan as AutoCAD shop drawings for civil and telecom equipment for Alfa operator (Orascom telecom), and new TETRA project in Lebanon.
Installation and integration of Node B 3G Huawei sites, VSWR test.
Installation and integration of TBS ( Cassidian Airbus Defense &Space).
Design solution for new MSC in Lubumbashi Congo. On site measurements and radio coverage testing (TEMS Investigation) and optimization.
Preparing site for final acceptance
Installation, Configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting of Huawei Node B BTS/DBS3900 and MW ODU/IDU Optix RTN900 series sites.
Implementation plan on AutoCAD for civil and telecom.
Lead team of technicians “Electrician & Rigger.
Perform site survey in coordination with RF team.
Coordinate sites maintenance.
Working with Ericsson MSC, BSC, HLR(version R13).
Working with Oss & Business object.
