• Collaborated with project team to create Test Strategy, proposed changes, and successfully obtained stakeholder buy-in and sign-of.
• Defined defect management process for the project and delivered a series of walkthrough sessions to facilitate understanding and speedy sign-of.
• Proposed and obtained agreement on Test Entry and Exit criteria as part of Test planning activities
governing the transition from one test phase to the other. Added these to the Test Strategy upon agreement.

adhering to daily execution schedules.

techniques (equivalent partitioning, boundary values, Risk-based Testing, exploratory testing, Requirements linked testing).

Gulf Insurance Group (GIG) is a regional insurance company. Project: Migration of AXA.AE to Giggulf.ae. System Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing & UAT (Conducted Full Regression Testing on the platform which incorporated System Integration Testing and UAT).
• Carried out static tests (reviews, walkthroughs) on all project artifacts (Business requirements, technical Designs) produced by the various work streams to establish clarity, completeness, traceability and testability.
• Designed extensive tests using various testing techniques: Exploratory testing, regulatory compliance, end-user profiling, boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, requirements driven tests, Syntax tests.
• Created numerous detailed test cases based on the functional requirements including positive tests, negative tests, and edge cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage using the required industry standard test techniques and developed these into Test Scripts within HP Quality Center
• Identified tasks, dependencies, requirements, and criteria for Test readiness, converted these into Test Readiness Checklist, and managed them as part of Test planning to reduce the risk of any blockers to test execution.

Project: E-commerce Website Enhancements, Inventory Management, Point of Sale (POS) Systems, Omni-channel Integration, Payment Gateway etc (Extensive Regression Testing of the online retail platform driven by a major back-end infrastructure upgrade with enhancements to the front-end including integration with the mobile App).
• Created Test Cases and Test Scripts for all parts of the online retail platform impacted by the upgrade. Ensured every Test was mapped to related Business Requirements, Functional specifications, and user stories. Ensured Tests were created for the diferent individual Test phases (System Testing, System Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Regression Testing and UAT)
• Rigorously tested the accuracy of product listings, prices, and inventory levels thereby ensuring that customers can access precise product information and make purchases without encountering stock availability issues.
• Thoroughly tested the checkout process, including payment gateways, to ensure that customers can securely complete purchases, and transactions are processed accurately.
• Utilized RESTClient to perform API testing, which played a crucial role in integrating third-party content onto the website as well as the mobile app as part of our end-to-end testing.
• Tested functionality of menu options, buttons, bookmarks, screen sizes, and checked for broken links and page availability across multiple browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
• Collaborated with the development team to log, prioritize, and thoroughly document all defects raised in HP Quality Centre. Tracked all defect fixes and rested once deployed into the relevant Test environment.
• Verified Test Exit criteria upon testing completion, produced a Test Completion report, and collaborated closely with Service Integration to facilitate the smooth transition of the system into Business as Usual (BAU). This involved conducting various post-implementation tests.
