o Implement and maintain Berytech’s procurement policies and procedures.
o Ensure that procurement is carried out in accordance to donor-specific polices.
o Implement and manage the Berytech’s Assets Management System while coordinating with the Finance Department.

o Daily follow-up for a vocational training initiated by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and funded by the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (BPRM); as well as ensuring internship opportunities for the beneficiaries.
o Coordinated and Procured the purchase of a fruit dryer machine for the cooperative of Hadath el Jobbeh in an effort funded by the ICD Swiss to support the cooperative; while aiding the marketing expert in developing a marketing strategy for the cooperative, creating a brand along with a marketing, communication, and advertising plan - coordinated the printing and execution of the set plan.
o Coordinated the launch of a project labelled FURSA, supported by the MADAD (EU) fund managed and implemented by a consortium formed of COSV, Search for Common Ground, NovAct, and North LEDA.
The project’s objective was the employment of both Lebanese and Syrian refugee youth, residing in Akkar. It targeted all SMEs, Cooperatives and Individuals that have an innovative idea they would like to develop in the agriculture, poultry, bee-keeping, artisanal, and food-processing. 7 idea-owners were then selected as grant winners after multiple screening, trainings, and evaluation sessions; each grant reaching up to 25, 000 Euro.
o Managed project staff including an HR officer, an Administrative & Financial assistant, and a Procurement officer.
o Maintained document control, database management, tracked project activities and team communication.
o Used project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
o Developed and reviewed project status while reporting to the project manager about the project status and issues that may impact stakeholders’ relations.
o Coordinated with the managing partner regarding all elements and aspects of the project, providing support whenever and however possible.
o Developed a marketing strategy and created a new brand with a registered trademark, while also identifying possible marketing trade channels for the Cooperative Association for the olive sector development in Dreib, Akkar.
o Provided training to a selection of key breeders who were identified after an assessment exercise, with the objective of creating a milk cooperative in the Wadi Khaled area while improving both the quality and the quantity of the milk produced.
o Drew marketing strategies for 12 business start-ups within the “Youth Economic Empowerment Project” (YEEP) funded by the Japanese Embassy.
o Managed and supervised the finances and project team of a socio-economic vocational training project funded by the International Labour Organisation (ILO), while ensuring marketing and visibility activities as well as drafting action plans for this project and supervising a 6-day vocational training session in Abdeh, Akkar.
