My role in the Human Resources Department is to lead the areas of talent acquisition, performance
management, compensation and benefits, succession planning, leadership development and staff
engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with all departments and units to ensure an efficient HR planning;
2. Develop and implement progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs, incentives and
rewards for effective performance;
3. Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate staff and academics within each career path;
4. Enhance and develop the Human Resources information systems database and necessary reports for
critical analysis of the HR function;
5. Enhance and lead the thorough implementationof HR policies and procedures of the university;
6. Develop and direct the Human Resources planning models to identify competency, knowledge and
talent gaps through the creation and implementation of proper succession planning as well as training
and development programs;
7. Assist and resolve employees’ problems;
8. Control and generate the monthly payroll;
