Job Description:
- Answering and directing CEO phone calls.
- Organizing and scheduling CEO appointments.
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes of meeting.
- Writing and distributing mails.
- Preparing and controlling regularly scheduled reports.
- Developing and maintaining a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Book travel arrangements: arranging travel business and vacation, booking reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, giving details on required documents for visas.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
