Responsible for the whole warehouse operation.
Function as back office support for all Abenson and Waltermart branches.
Supervision of main duties are warehousing, logistics (proper truck allocation), and inventory including stock replenishment, customer service, manning, safety and security.
Primarily in-charge in assuring the 100% accuracy of all stocks inside the warehouse, including internal warehouse audit, variance analysis due to stock discrepancies.
Liable to answers all questions with regards to availability of stocks for invoicing, merchandising and control department.
Replying to costumer and branch concerns.
Handles petty cash for air con installation department, authorized holder of all keys of the branch and release items to customers and receive from suppliers.
In-charge of the whole production to meet quotas for deliveries and commitment to customers, schedules shipments and production, coordinate with Logistics department on deliveries and maintenance of cleanliness in the production area.
