Responsible for the full range of financial reporting carried out within all the various departments within the company.
Duties:
Record revenue and expenditure transactions in the books of accounts.
Organize and arrange incoming accounting documents and records.
Preparing payments to suppliers and verifying the authenticity of the documents.
Prepare and review all the petty cash re-imbursements from other departments.
Reconcile financial transactions in General Ledgers and sub Ledgers with sub systems.
Preparatory work including audit schedule for Monthly and Annual accounts closing.
Ensuring that all accountings records comply with company and statutory requirements.
Maintaining balance sheet sub-ledgers and performing any monthly reconciliation.
Reconcile Customer account, Obtain balance confirmation and follow up for outstanding amount.
Payroll Preparation
Cashier/Inventory for Retail Pro Barcodes
Online banking/Wire transfer
Letters of credit preparation/documentation
Investigating outstanding items and resolving financial discrepancies
Prepares journal entries, cash and inter-fund transfers
Pricing/Monitoring of stocks
Perform other related duties as requested by Management
Interview applicants
Overall in charge of the store operation
Cashier/ Design for Retail Pro Barcodes
Prepares weekly & monthly sales report
Assists customers/ Merchandising
Prepares report on fast & slow moving items
Overall in charge on inventory of items
Counterchecks all received items
Counterchecks returned items from customers
