My responsibilities include but are not limited to :
** Reporting directly to my Assoc. Vice President
** Handling his diary and appointments
** Maintaining minutes of the meetings
** Making reports using Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint Presentation, etc
** Checking mails and replying on priority basis using Microsoft Outlook
** Screening calls for the Manager and also handling call backs on behalf of my Manager
** Handling Client Support and documents, filing of reports, etc...
** Call and set appointments for him, etc
Responsible for selling, closing and expanding the current customer base within an assigned territory.
Regularly travelled to regional company sites, meeting area Advisors and getting product feedback from them so as to improvise on selling techniques and Sales tools.
Provided professional sales and marketing expertise during training to my team of Insurance Advisors using training modules, PowerPoint presentations, excel reports, etc

West Water for individual and corporate account
• Support Customer Service reps in opening new accounts and
handling billing systems for existing customers on WBS (Water
Billing System)
• Quickly and effectively solve customer challenges.
• Maintain quality control/satisfaction records, constantly seeking
new ways to improve customer service.
• Mentored New Representatives and give them On-Job training
which included taking calls, updating customer’s information and
handling customer queries effectively

handled escalated calls, solved customer queries for dis-satisfied
customers in regards to their billing systems and water queries etc

Expert in booking future sales with existing customers. Work
entailed calling new and existing customers for Company
products and advertise new products.
