• Independently responsible in managing high quality of Bid/Tender/Proposals and PQ submissions for various types of projects (large scale & complex projects)
• Currently managing the bid submission of The Jeddah Tower in KSA by Jeddah Economic Company (tallest tower in the world) with robust work collaboration with JV partner and stakeholders, the biggest tender in 2024.
• Successfully managed the bid submission of the Dubai Creek Harbour Project by Emaar (DCH Tower as the tallest tower in the world), the biggest and most complex tender project handled in the company in 2017.
• Performs detailed analysis of RFP documents to assess requirements and prepares questions for clarifications sent to the client.
• Develop a detailed work scope, generate role & responsibility matrix, compliance matrix in full coordination of related teams as required.
• Schedules and facilitates proposal development kick-off meeting in which both internal and external participants attend to discuss the proposal requirements.
• Provides guidance to the proposal team writers in preparing the technical components of the proposal by reviewing initial section outlines to ensure that all RFP requirements are incorporated.
• Prepare bid/proposal write ups and presentations for internal meetings and external client presentations.
• Reviews all proposal draft and final document versions to ensure responsiveness to RFP, thoroughness, accuracy, and high quality of submissions.
• Identifies any potential problems that may arise during the proposal development process and develops effective Win Win solutions.
• Responsible for conducting a quality review of the final printed proposal documents and perform a detailed compliance check against the RFP requirements.
• Closely support Business Development team by attending stakeholder meetings at PQ, Tender & Post Tender stage.
• Prepare technical bid proposal for various projects such as airports and civil & infrastructures. Good knowledge in standards and specifications.
• Create a scope and responsibility matrix for a fully compliant submission in line with RFP.
• Review project specifications, identify work scope and specialist packages, and prepare submissions and Pre qualification documents.
• Closely liaise with clients, consultants and government authorities as technical representative.
• Support the marketing and business development in securing projects from technical aspect.
• Prepare civil work schedule, manpower and equipment allocation based on the Project's master schedule.
• Ensuring the executed works are in compliance with the project specified requirements, specifications, method of statements and approved shop drawings.
• In-charge for the proper implementation and monitoring of all the required inspection and testing for the civil works activities.
• Prepare progress reports & presentations for Project Management Team.
• Closely coordinates with Client & Consultant's representatives of the project, catering to their needs and requirements.
