- Reviewing list of VIP Guests arriving to ensure guests’ preferences are prepared and high expectations are met.
- In charge of placing special amenities for VIP Guests.
- Conducting personalized i-pad check in
- Main contact of the VIP guests for personal preference and requests.
- Event organizer for VIP guests’ special occasion ( Engagement, Wedding, Anniversary, Birthday )
