Communicating with customers over the phone to a large volume of colds, warm and
hot leads on a daily basis.
* Provide good services to customers, such as enquiries, account information, deliveries
and order placement.
* Selling a range of products and services to both existing and new customers.
Prepares purchase orders and verifying specifications and price.
* Verifies purchase requisitions by comaparing items requested to master list.
* Clarifying unclear items and recommending alternatives.
* Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers.
* Monitoring and expediting orders.
* Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
* Verifies receipt of items recieved to items ordered by checking the price.
* Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation.
Preparing quotations and sending product catalogues to customers.
* Making outbound calls to prospective businesses and gathering information.
* Handles purchase process, material documentation, sales process and
updating/monitoring stocks using PACT System.
* Booking appointments for sales team and making notes for follow up calls.
* Identifying areas in the market where able to develop new business.
* Receive and process incoming and outgoing mails & review and answer
correspondence on behalf of the company.
* Coordinates with the Sales Team.
* Keeping a records for all incoming and outgoing Invoices.
* Update office files, data and list to ensure completeness and accuracy.
