Job Description:
• Directly reporting to the Account Supervisor
• Resolves billing concerns of every customer for their existing account and do sales as well through telephone conversations.
• Assists Agents on their everyday calls such as, product knowledge and tips to increase sales.
• Directly reporting to the Branch Manager and Assistant Manager of the branch.
• Responsible in account opening and giving information to new and existing clients of the bank as per knowledge; as well as cross-selling. Also act as a bank teller when manpower is in need.
• Support clients on their bank needs and transactions as well as handles various inquiries and problem handling from clients either thru telephone calls, written, walk-in and existing ones.
• Take steps as a reliever to other branches within the area whenever the needs arise.
• Manage some special reports as per request by the superior as well as from clients.
• Directly reporting to the Manufacturing Manager.
• Update of Work-In-Process status using production reports collected from Production Supervisors.
• Responsible in preparing Shipping Documents (Packing List/Proforma Invoices) and Shipping Carton Labels.
• Managed some special reports as per request by the superior.
• Receives Purchase Order from customers.
• Prepares invoices necessary for customer’s orders.
• Coordinates with the Delivery Officer for checking of delivered products.
Graduated under a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with an acquired average of 92%
Completed a Secondary Education with an average grade of 88%
