Conduct housekeeping and hospitality training for the newly hired; ensuringthe

* Ensure all training materials are up to date.

* Follow outlets policies, procedures, service standards and safety policy
Assists in rooms allocations for incoming and outgoing staff
* Conducts regularly inspections to ensure proper cleaning and the respect of housing
rules and regulations as well as the good use of assets.
* Coordinates all necessary repairs and maintenance needed.
* Checking pest control and reporting any requirements.
* Ensures that the inventory of the accommodation when employees move in and upon
their transfer/departure is being done, recorded and filed for the futurereference.
Help Desk and Operation Support
Handles the relocation of staff in all areas.
* Request for the materials needed on both soft and hard services.
* Serves as Housing and Transportation coordinator involving staff movement.
* Updates manpower status and project data Kingdom Wide.
* Follow up the monthly reports in all areas.
Job Descriptions:
* Supervise and manage the female staff and operations of thetransient
housekeeping/tea girl.
* Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping services and equipment’s and take
corrective actions.

procedures, and to demonstrate some electrical equipments.
