• Annual Total Compensation Process: Develop & implement the annual total compensation process in close coordination with functional leaders & Human Resource team.
• Compensation Consulting: Provide compensation support to the corporation by ensuring proper and efficient implementation of all corporate policies and procedures related to market pay, retention strategies, salary administration, incentive and long-term plan design and implementation.
• Design, conduct and monitor annual performance review process.
• Develop salary structure and manage the annual Base Salary Review and recommend salary adjustments in conformity with established compensation guidelines focusing on pay for performance.
• Design, develop, manage and implement all HR incentive compensation programs, contribution savings plan, long term incentive plan, modelling of Bonus programs, salary increase, costing and payout.
• Internal and External Market Analysis: Conduct, participate, analyze and proactively provide reviews of internal and external compensation information and other available competitor information sources to ensure the existence of a current and comprehensive reference database.
• Analyze compensation survey results and make recommendations to current and emerging trends.
• Monitoring staff expenses against budget.
• Manpower planning, budgeting and tracking.
• Collect, analyze and prepare presentation material for various Management Committee - HR Committee, Remuneration Committee, Business Committee, Board of Directors etc...
• Provide expertise and guidance to all levels of leadership on the interpretation and application of compensation guidelines and policies, annual business plans.
• Identify, recommend and report on compensation processes/ issues to Manager on current conditions.
• Ensure that compensation solutions are cost effective, market competitive, support business goals and strategies and are in compliance with policy.
• Function as HR database expert for storage of candidates’ data and information to proactively provide information to the business.
• Project Management: Act as a project leader on various compensation projects and perform other duties and support as assigned by the Head of Performance & Rewards.
