Responsible in arranging the flight and Hotel bookings including the company guests globally
Monitor and update incoming and outgoing correspondence thru encoding into Primavera Expedition.

Source quotations from executive gift items / Assist in company events
Support all the Projects Managers in their daily work (Making Reports, Power point presentation )
Schedules meeting and arrange appointments on their calendars
Compose routine letters and replies based on general instruction. Manage to do formal letters based on dictation and verbal order.
Register all the incoming correspondences & drawings issued and received systematically
Prepares power point presentation for Project Managers
Prepares all necessary docs, drawings and presentations for all the PM’s
Coordinates with the designated travel agency of the client for flight booking and hotel reservation for the consultants and some contractors.
Assist Project Coordinator in updating project reports and data for the Client.
Prepares Request for Information Schedule.
Prepares bar and line graph report of Daily Construction Report.
Updating all the registers on a daily basis.
Filing all the soft copies and hard copies of all incoming and outgoing correspondence/documents systematically.
Ensure back up files for all the incoming and outgoing correspondence/documents.
Prepares submittal/transmittal report.
Monthly inventory of all the office supplies.
Data base maintenance
Perform other related task given by the CEO and all the Project Managers.
