• Manages the appointment section of Toyota Service Center.
• Answers, screens and transfers inbound calls.
• Answers queries and responsible in checking the vehicle status through the System Analysis Procedures (SAP) system.
• Entertains walk-in visitors and clients.
• Responsible in checking of all the bookings made within the day.
• Responsible in the distribution of T-cards to the concerned Service Advisors before the appointment date.
• Manages and responsible in updating the Appointment Control Board and Job Progress Control Board and ensure that it tallies to the distributed T-cards of the Service Advisors.
• Responsible in training & orient the newly hired Service Advisor & Appointment Receptionist.
• Perform other functions as assigned by the Reception Supervisor.
