July 2011 - present: Keller Australia - Waterway Constructions. Project Manager in Gladstone, QLD, Australia for large scale, multi-faceted and multi-million dollar marine/civil construction projects.

Day to running of projects, delivering projects on time and on budget. Managing supervisors, personnel and sub contractors.

OHS&E: developing, writing and implementing construction methodologies, JSAs, SWMS. Consultation with staff and workers. Promoting a safe workplace.

Planning and scheduling, preparing tender programs, contract programs and personnel rosters. Ensuring efficient utilisation of plant, equipment and personnel. I was involved in a major acceleration program that saw the APLNG MOF project in Gladstone delivered four months ahead of schedule.
Procurement: sourcing materials under budget, monitoring long lead items, mobilise the correct plant and equipment for installation.

Quality control and Quality assurance: develop and implement ITPs, conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Project administration. Setting up and implementing a project filing system, document control and drawing issue management; making sure that the latest revision drawings and technical documentation is used.

November 2008 - July 2011: Keller Australia - Piling Contractors P/L. Project Manager in Sydney, Australia for sheet piling, bored piers, driven and CFA piling projects.
