Responsibilities includes, finding new prospects, present service, create contracts and negotiate, onboarding and training clients, gather and organize required documents, generating e-mails and creating templates, organize CRM, cold calls and follow ups, creating sales strategies, sending reminders of payments for existing clients, upselling and cross selling, renew contracts,
Managing deadlines and team collaboration, organizing and managing vendors and delivery, oversee the delivery and adjust specifications, organizing file system, reports and presentation, dealing with emails and enquiries, ensuring contract translation in both English and Arabic, general office management, receiving and delivering products, organize and manage inventory, storage and transportation.
Maintain records and reports, planning and arranging plans, accordingly, attend meetings and handling phone calls. Managing and ordering inventory, manage correspondence, submitting work orders and schedules.
Manage and oversee employees and produce, attaining sales goals and revenue, customer serving and upselling produce and customization, creating staff schedules, provide training, organize and manage display, follow up with customers, supervise product execution and delivery.
Greeting walk in customers, maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office, create reservations, upselling services, checking in and out customers. Supervise and accomplish customer customized requests, documenting daily progress and handover, ensuring customer satisfaction, receive phone calls and email, organizing handbook and file system.
