Responsible for conducting/implementing, , Preventive and Corrective maintenance of stationary and rotating equipment such as Valves, Filters, Pumps.
• Responsible I trouble shooting and diagnostic role to resolve problems of basic scope and complexity of assigned task.
• Responsible for maintaining all the plant equipment on top condition to ensure the possible highest quality production.
• We are responsible for making sure that the R.O unit are in good condition, we do installing new membranes if neccessary to change.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for conducting/implementing, , Preventive and Corrective maintenance of stationary and rotating equipment such as Valves, Filters, Heat Exchangers, Pumps Compressor, Agitators and boilers.
• Responsible I trouble shooting and diagnostic role to resolve problems of basic scope and complexity of assigned task.
• Responsible for maintaining all the plant equipment on top condition to ensure the possible highest quality production.
• Gathers and analyzes external and internal data that may be relevant in optimizing and improving the department/section performance.
• Mechanical seals setting for pumps reactor agitator, agitator assembly, motor to gearbox alignment, pump alignment, bearing replacement/oil replacement/oil seal replacement, gearbox overhauling, and minor fabrication.
• Responsible for conducting/implementing preventive and corrective maintenance for instrument and service air compressors such as checking suction/discharge valves, checking clearance for the piston TOP DEAD CENTER and BOTTOM DEAD CENTER, checking piston ring, raider ring, orings replacement oil seal and minor fabrications.
