DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Active Directory Management (adding, configuring new work stations & setting up user accounts to provide authorization)..
• Installing & updating system software.
• Develops, maintains, and monitors procedures for all server backups.
• Makes recommendations for new equipment and services to purchase and works with various vendors for procurement.
• Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.
• Maintains excellent communication with the Manager on all tasks and projects.
• Creates and maintains good technical documentation.
• Ensuring data is backed up on a regular basis using Backup Exec software
• Overseeing computer security and anti-virus updates etc.
• Installing & updating system software

Providing IT support to computer users within the office.
• Installing & updating system software• Keeping inventory of hardware and maintenance records
• Ensuring all software is properly licensed and up to date
• Keep abreast of IT technology, maintain library of information
