for the Fabrication and Testing of Fractional Distillation Process Column for HPCL Vizag Refinery.
•Offering shell belt fit ups to the inspectors and ensuring proper welding as per Test Plan.
•Explaining the various part drawings to the workers, documenting the NDT records.
•Coordinating with the design department to deal with the fabrication technical issues.
•Witnessing NDT of welded joints, Hydrostatic testing of pressure vessels
•Supervise the production and get the job inspected through QA/QC department
for the company S.S.Engineering Contractors for the Fabrication, Installation and Commissioning of a Tank Truck Gantry Structure, Pump House, Related pipeline works, Construction of pipeline support Trestle Bridges, Allied civil works etc.
•Preparation of material sheets and bills, examining fabrication and installation drawings.
•Stage wise inspection and quality assurance of structure fabrication, Installation of Pipelines.
•Offering daily project progress reports, Presentations, NDT and DFT Painting records, etc.
•Site and labor Management, Ensuring industrial safety.
