1.HR Administration
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies.
• New Employee joining formalities.
• Coordinate with PRO for new Visas, Visa cancellation and renewal.
• Maintain and update the expires and renewals of employee visa, emirates ID, Labor card, passport and health card.
• Travel arrangements for employee’s arrival and departure
• Manage the documentation of employee bank account opening .
• Coordinate with the insurance companies regarding the employee workmen compensation & Medical Insurance.
• Prepare the documentation for employee performance and salary revision.
• Prepare & support the preparation of payroll.
• Prepare the warning letters, memos and notice as per the instruction from the HR.
• Manage & maintain the employee personal files.
• Safe keeping of all employees passports.
• Ensure company’s human resources are used efficiently and effectively.
• Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulations.
• Ensure medical checkup and health precautions.
• Annual Maintenance contracts and Service contracts.
• Budgeting (Sending reports for Administration expenses and forecast).
• Assist the HR management on employee enrollment, disciplinary actions, exit interviews etc
• Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
• Answering staff queries regarding payroll and human resources matter
• Preparation of employee contracts and letters of offer/rejection.
• Create job descriptions as necessary.
• Organize recruitment and selection including advertising, short listing applicants and correspondence.
• To assist the manager in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functions.
• Assist in the identification and analyses of staff training, development and career support needs.
• Performance appraisal or evaluation of employee.
• Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures.
• Oversee employees’ disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies
• Assist in the Occupational Health & Safety of the company.

2.Talent Management (Recruitment & Resourcing)
• Manpower planning / staffing.
• Screening of resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Conducting HR interviews.
• Salary negotiations.
3. Pre & Post Recruitment Support
• Managing induction activities; ensuring fulfillment of joining formalities of the employees.
• Ensuring on boarding arrangements for new/transferred recruits.
• Formal introduction of key members to the new hires.
4.Knowledge Management (Training & Development)
• Identifying and coordinating technical training needs.
• Actively encourage a safety culture by advocating and implementation of high level of health and safety measures.
• Job Evaluation
• Coordinating and implementation of systems and procedures.
I. Administration
