Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.
Arrange medical tests, passports, memos, promotional draws and fine resolution.
Make Daily Site Report
Prepare the time sheet for the labour.
Check the document comes from different sites and arrange, process the same as per the requirements
Prepare the Re-allocation sheet for the Labour
Prepare the time sheet for the different Sub contractors
Update the labour list and prepare time sheet and forward the same to HR Department.
Prepare the Leave application and all other documents related to the labour and help them for the further proceedings.
