Engineering/Testing/Commissioning of Automation and control systems.

Provide onsite service support to various customers in Qatar for Automation and SCADA system.

• Designing, Engineering and Troubleshooting of Industrial Automation / Controls / Process Instrumentation and Drive Systems.
• PLC, SCADA, DCS and Instrumentation Systems development for Oil & Gas industries and Petrochemical, Water Desalination Plants.
• PLC, HMI, SCADA Programming, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance.
• Micromaster, Sinamics and Dynavert Drive systems Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting.
• Planning, maintaining schedule, get approvals for logics, P&IDs, drawings and documentation with control scheme development.
• Preparing parts requisition based on drawings
• Provide customer trainings on Automation and Instrumentation systems.
• Provide onsite service support to various customers in Oman for Automation and instrumentation systems.

• Control wiring, Programming, Testing and Troubleshooting of PLC Panels, AC/DC Drive panels,
AMF panels, APFC panels, Synchronizing panels, MSB, SSB, etc.
• Design, Estimation, programming, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of SIEMENS S7-300, S7-200, Logo! and GE RX3i and VersaMax PLC systems.
• Commissioning, Testing and Maintenance of AC/DC Drive systems.
• Calibration of Instrument such as pressure, temperature, flow, level and differential pressure transmitter.

• Automation and Drive systems designing, Engineering, Wiring, Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting.
• Pre-commissioning and functional test of process loop by Interpretation of loop drawing, Instrument cabling & terminations details, Hook-up drawing, P&ID drawings and cause and effect diagram.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and hands on repairing of all instruments and analyzers.
• Routine checkup, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance and Annual Maintenance Contract Works.
