Nature of Work: Recruitment Agency for Oil and Gas - ADNOC Group of
Companies

Established 1993, UDEEL has been serving the U.A.E Oil and Gas Industry, ADNOC Group of Companies with 16 subsidiaries, with their various manpower requirements for 3 Exploration and Production, (ADCO, ADMA & ZADCO) 4 Gas Processing (GASCO, ADGAS, AL HOSN & TAKREER), 1 Oil Processing, 3 E&P Services (FERTIL, BOROUGE & ELIXIER), 2 Petrochemicals, 2 Maritime Transportation (ADNATCO &NGSCO) and 1 Refined Product Distribution Companies (ADNOC Distribution) . Aside from growing Clients, UDEEL render service to ADPC (Abu Dhabi Ports Company)


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment & Resourcing
• Assist Recruitment Officer for all activities of recruitment process.
• Maintaining proper record of employment applications and responding to the potential candidates.
• Coordinating with Administration and Public Relation Department for employment for mobilization and demobilization activities of the employees.
• Handling all correspondence for HR Department and keeping proper record.
• Receive and understand job vacancies from clients.
• Find, interview and screen CVs for the requirements using different sourcing methods.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the interview process.
• Advertising the vacancies in Company Website, Job Portals and Preparing Newspaper advertisements for country specific recruitment campaigns.
• Involved in Local Recruitment Campaigns conducted by ZADCO and GASCO with Personal presence.
• Bidding/Tendering/Pre-Qualification - Preparing Technical Prequalification, Recruitment Agreements and Preparing RFQ / RFP as per the client requirement and finalizing the best bidding price after analyzing through various factors like Interview cost, mobilization cost, service charges and Monthly Mark-up etc.
• Helping in post recruitment activities which include arranging visa, ticket & accommodation, intimation, issuing ID cards, health cards, CNIA Pass for the field based employees, presentation of general company policy, HR induction, department induction etc, Contribute to the continuous business improvement process and to the meeting of business objective

General Administration
• Arranging travel & visa request, hotel bookings, Air ticket and salary leave, Prepares business letters/ official correspondences, memos as requested. • Receives delivery notices & invoices from suppliers, letters and other pertinent documents from Clients and other Sub-Contractors. • Assists in preparing quotations & tenders submission.
• Preparing the JOB Offer for the selected candidates.
• Maintains & updates file of employees, L.P.O and other related correspondence • Preparing Monthly payroll Memo (during the absence of Administrator) to be submitted to the accounting dept. - (new comers/fresh, salary adjustments, promotions and re-appoint)
• Responsible for the scheduling of Chopper booking from vacation going to offshore.

Selected accomplishments
* Successfully involved in logging in of details of 1000+ Candidates CVs for I- Recruit for ZADCO Recruitment Campaigns database through ORACLE application.
* Successfully maintained the UDEEL website to its JOB Orders freshness and posting.
