- Responsible for Tender “Technical Deliverables” related with Subcontractor Management / Supplier Management and Subcontractor List
- I was in charge for filling and submission of Tender Documents
- Responsible for preparation of the final layout for submission of PQ and Tender Documents
- Distribution of documents among Partner or/and Designer
- Coordination with JV Partners
Checking and analising of the data written in the daily reports of the trucks and heavy machinery and comparing them with GPS reports;
- Administering the heavy equipment and trucks for the running contracts within the alocated budget and optimizing the routes;
- Developing together with the IT division of a storing and processing software for heavy machinery and transport means activity, in order to obtain accurate invoices and activity reports;
- Preparing the monthly reports regarding the transportation and heavy machinery activity according to each running contract;
- Preparing the invoices for the rented heavy machinery and transport means;
- Preparing internal monthly statements (direct and indirect costs regarding heavy machinery and transport activity) according to existing contracts and the specifications imposed by the contract management;
- Preparing and submiting to the Economic Department of the documentation regarding the financial status of the heavy machinery and the transport activity (monthly statements, revenue from renting orders and contracts, maintenance cost);
- Preparing monthly financial reports regarding: the revenue of each vehicle; functioning hours, respectively parking hours, number of kilometers and the revenue of each transport category;
- Monthly reports (cost regarding chemical and anti-slip materials, running and maintenance costs of the transport means and heavy machinery) during the winter period for different contracts;
- Preparing various reports and documents regarding the transport activity and heavy machinery operations;
- Analisys of the effectiveness of services in terms of quality and economic;
- Real time tracking of compliance with quality standards for the transport activity and heavy machinery operations according to existing standards imposed by contracts and by law.
