Managed the interim reports and research related to the three years NPRP 5-023-05-006 project funded by QNRF.
Provided major contribution to writing and revising several academic papers in domains of revenue management and process targeting optimizations, that were successfully published in international academic journals. Co-authorship of three of the academic papers.
Performed derivative analysis for constrained nonlinear optimization problems, applied meta-heuristics techniques for more complex stochastic problems, ran simulations in Matlab, C++, validate results, developed flow-charts, conducted intensive literature review.
Held and assisted In-class activities of Mathematica calculus labs for Business Mathematics and Statistics college classes, at the professor’s requirements. Helped several college and high-school students to increase comprehension and grades by tutoring.
Consultancy and development of research and local content for pedagogy in operations and supply chain management for executive management education, in the form of a business case focusing on a local retail business part of Abu Issa Holding.
In-depth analysis of current inventory system and proposed new techniques of inventory system control: ABC/FSN analysis, new order point-periodic replenishment ordering system, service level scheme, flow channel distribution. Proposed an item coding structure that was later implemented as an inventory management practice.
Prepared and organized interviews with the company’s representatives to access data and information, analyzed and braked down data, applied data mining and data cleaning techniques, outlined the business challenge, presented and reported the results, proposed research questions and teaching notes.
Performed inventory analysis and management for more than 20 brands of non-food FMCG products manufactured and supplied by Procter & Gamble Corporation (P&G).

Improved materials inventory level to support both routine and critical operations by creating a priority plan database for necessary equipment, internal orders and deliveries of those. Provided inventory management for tools and equipment and tracking their deployment at remote locations from Ras Laffan Industrial City and Doha. .
Consolidated local suppliers’ database and their quotations for materials related to operations department. Determined the best bid among suppliers, identified new potential suppliers and maintain excellent relationships with current clients.
Created the first company’s profile in Adobe Photoshop CS4, for service presentation and advertising with attractive design.
