1. Providing technical advice and support to clients and supervising technicians, labour in Maintenance, Repair,
and Overhauling.
2. Perform routine maintenance on trucks, and buses such as checking batteries, changing oil, and checking
hydraulic fluid levels.
3. Inspect various Engine parts of trucks and buses including brake systems, wheel bearings, and steering
mechanisms to ensure they are in the proper condition to operate effectively Diagnose malfunctions in defective equipment by inspecting and testing using modern diagnosing software.
4. Test drive Truck & Buses to ensure they are running properly and to find issues to determine what the solution will be Test Run Generator to ensure they are running properly and find issues to determine what the solution will be Replace parts, valves, bearings, and gears as needed and repair vehicle cooling and heating systems
5. Measure vehicle emissions to ensure they are within the proper limits Ensure parts conform to factory specifications by inspecting and verifying clearances and dimensions
6. Backhoe, Excavator Regular maintenance of the engine, This includes oil and filter changes, checking and replacing belts, inspecting the cooling system checking hydraulic fluid levels, inspecting hoses and connectors for leaks or damage, replacing filters, inspecting the bucket teeth for wear and tear, ensuring smooth movement of the boom and stick, and lubricating the joints Regular visual inspections of diesel generators.
7. Check for any signs of leaks, loose connections, or corrosion, and battery maintenance, Inspect the fuel lines, filters, and exhaust systems for any damage or blockages.
Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical components to diagnose issues accurately. Inspect vehicle computers and electronic systems to repair, maintain, and upgrade. Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts, etc.) aiming at vehicle functionality and longevity. Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks) Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) .
