Real estate management
Rescue of a financially troubled company: project management (inc. roads, equipment, and property development), plant, legal redress, whole reorganisation, recovery plan, consolidation, legal, contracts, H.R.
Locations: France and Republic of the Congo.

Project: Moho, construction, transport and integration of modules within Floating Production Unit ( FPU) ALIMA, within integrated teams with TOTAL EXPLORATION PRODUCTION CONGO ( TEPC) team, engineering by TECHNIP.
The objective for the company is the implementation of the necessary means in the realization of the project Moho ( offshore ), and, in the longer term, to base durably its industrial and commercial presence in Republic of the Congo.
Consequently, my mission contains 2 main parts led simultaneously:
- On the long term: project logistics, supply chain, procurement, purchases and transit management,
- On the court / middle term: the construction of industrial and commercial infrastructures.
1th part: creation of the project logistic department in Congo:
- International supply chain Management,
- Follow-up of the national, international transport and offshore supply,
- Custom imports in Congo,
- Local purchases, including manufacturing of metallic parts (structure and piping mainly),
- Local and international purchases of various goods, including specific tools, durable goods, etc.
- Storage 7.5 acres / 3 hectares,
2nd part: constructions of industrial infrastructures project management, studies and realization in Congo. In some figures: 750sqm of warehouses, 600sqm of offices and 3ha of installations on two different sites.
It includes:
- Invitations to tender and company selections,
- All trade works coordination, underground analysis, piles, landscapings, civil works, prefabricated offices assembling, steel structures construction,
- Electricity supply and distribution from20KV local network until 400/220V distribution additionally with diesel generators,
- Waste water treatment by water-treatment plant,
- Information technologies (internet, inter sites radio beams, networks, computer hard/software),
These missions are realized with Total EP Congo general specifications.
Piping supply from Czech Republic to French Caribbean follow up.
Procurement and Logistics Department creation :
- budget drawing up and follow up,
- fleet management,
- creation of a warehouse (processes, procurement, stock control),
- market studies / invitations to tender / contracts,
- construction platform administration (safety, organisation, accesses, upkeep, electrical maintenance, communications media), machineries follow up (including tower cranes),
- waste management (recycling sorting),
- boiler shop,
- materials evacuation,
- internal and external transports,
- weighbridge.
Project: Nice Eco-Stadium (Nice, France)
- Multi projects and multi sites, logistics and internal / external transportations,
- Fleet management (up to 1000 machineries) : light vehicles and all type of construction machineries (including heavy and « specials » handling / lifting),
- Local procurements,
- Forecasting budget creation and follow-up,
- Market studies / invitations to tender / contracts, invoicing (internal / external, suppliers / clients),
- Importations follow-up (>1200 containers),
- Personnel transportation (up to 3000 emp../day),
- Storage / distribution (up to 40 000sqm2),
- Logistics H.R. (up to 450 employees),
- Drinking, non-drinking and sewage water follow-up,
- Waste management (including recycling sorting),
- Miscellaneous earthworks and construction works.
Main projects: Ferrari Experience theme park, and Yas-Island Car Parks, Yas Island Shopping Mall, Qatar National Convention Center.
Light vehicles importations in Europ
Creation and setting up of a « civilian » Maintenance Department for 8 to 12 K.F.O.R. military bases (all nationalities - around 4000 OTAN militaries in North-Kosovo and South-Serbia), creation of all internal procedures and all tools for budget follow up (incl. trainings), management of 30 employees (French and locals), alignment of facilities (including strategic) to regulation, procurement, market studies / invitations to tender / contracts, new construction works and renovations, client and suppliers invoicing, forward planning for preventives and curatives maintenances. Project CAPES France under French Department of Defense. All employees were 100% operational at the end of the mission.
Missions: construction follow up, forward planning and coordination. Employed as trainee for my General Engineer diploma.
Lifting equipment follow up (up to 35 hydraulics mobile cranes, up to 350t), internal transports (including « specials »), storage area concrete precast (15000sqm2), white precast fitting, up to 160 employees, 12 teams. Project: Riyadh Conference Center (budget is confidential).
