Disciplinary authority over 45 direct reports plus provision of technical supervision for up to 25 additional employees when managing M&A-Projects;
Report to MD;

Responsible for managing the business units with P&L-responsibility;
Identification and analyses of target companies in CIT-business, managing of the due diligence, leading negotiations (e.g. SPA Brink’s Deutschland GmbH 40 m€ sales. €, 600 employees);
Interface to lawyers, auditors, the antitrust office and the Spanish HQ;
Control and monitoring of the post-merger-integration incl. legal Merger;
Managing project teams with responsibility for results;
Transformation of the business unit Technology (intrusion-/fire-alarms, access control and CCTV) from a cost- into a profit-centre;
Establishing of a controlling system incl. KPIs;
Budgeting and reporting
