I have worked for a number of clients since starting this role, some very regularly and others only on occasion. I have been involved in a number of large projects including a multi-phase global implementation of SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) and several upgrades of global SAP systems. I regularly develop new solutions, modify existing solutions, identify issues, and provide technical advice to clients for both SAP GTS and core SAP systems. I was the only developer on a long project to overhaul a suite of programs for maintaining customer data using Web Dynpro technology. I am the first point of contact for many of my clients when a technical issue arises, and this is not only due to my technical expertise but also my knowledge of their business processes and the relationships I've built.
